What we do
We provide management and delivery of building alterations, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance works on behalf of building owners, operators and other contractors. We provide technical site works packages involving Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems, Power and Lighting, Data and Alarms systems and Building fabric components- such as Walls, Floors, and Ceilings.
We work and coordinate with an extensive network of specialists in every trade, to deliver a fully designed, built and finished package– and we bring it all together under our bespoke, lean project management process. Our customers benefit from our extensive contracting experience and our ability to work with a brief and deliver a finished product.
